Effective Date: February 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Century Benefits' text messaging program. By providing your mobile telephone number to Century Benefits and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
Century Benefits' SMS messaging program is used to communicate with current and prospective clients about Medicare and related insurance services. Messages you may receive include:
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages on behalf of third parties or affiliates.
You will only receive text messages from Century Benefits if you have provided your mobile telephone number and expressly agreed to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may decline to consent and still contact us by phone, email, or our website.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your inquiry or enrollment. You should expect to receive messages on an as-needed basis, typically in response to a request or appointment, rather than on a recurring schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Text messages are sent and received through your mobile carrier, and standard messaging and data charges from your carrier may apply depending on your plan. Century Benefits is not responsible for any such charges.
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed. After you send the word STOP, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will not receive any additional text messages from us unless you opt in again. If you would like to resume receiving messages, reply START or contact us to opt in again.
If you need help or have questions about the messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at (866) 530-7743 or contact@centurybenefits.com.
Our SMS program is generally available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket, as well as many smaller and regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data collected by Century Benefits will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering or supporting the messaging service you have requested.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
